Charles is the co-founder of a Property Technology company called NOWi Sensors. Charles graduated from the University of Connecticut with dual degrees in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering. After graduating he worked as a software engineer for 4 years developing algorithms and leading a team at a robotics company called Symbotic out of Boston. After backpacking Africa and the Middle East for nearly a year Charles started NOWi Sensors with his father Jim. They’ve spent the past two years developing devices to monitor water usage and detect leaks in multi-family properties.
