“The human game is a team sport.” 

That’s what Destyn Patera, owner of @lenseafilm, says. We spoke with him about building a film agency from the ground up, how putting people before profits shaped their growth, pushing the boundaries with a team, finding the perfect fit for a client, and a whole lot more. Destyn’s people-first philosophy of business and quest to surround himself with friends who challenge him daily has led to success for his agency on both a local and national stage. More recently, the Lensea Film team found themselves in a production support role on the all-new @usnavyblueangels IMAX feature film with J.J. Abrams and Glen Powell, an honor that Destyn attributes to prioritizing human connections in a technical industry.
