Today was a big chit chat speaking about the dangers of labelling foods as 'good' or 'bad', having 'cheat' meals (why we don't have 'cheat meals') and the importance of macronutrients when it comes to achieving your goals, what to do after a meal off plan + SO MUCH MORE.
We also speak about how we have been finding our training/energy/hunger while doing if it fits your macros focusing on pretty much 100% whole foods instead of 80-90%.
