We need to follow AUS/UMG lead on initiatives. Without the band in market here and the pandemic still raging, we’re a bit tied on what we can do for a band that hasn’t released an album since 2007 (which did not perform well in the US/CA) and we are THIRTY-SIX YEARS REMOVED from a hit song in our markets. -	Management expecting BMG to pay 20% on all videos and visualizers (it was an offer to pay this on two things and now it’s expected from us), without notice that they’re coming, being made or without seeing treatments -	Multiple deadlines being ignored constantly on threads with both BMG and UMG. Teams following up on both sides and either taking way too long to get simple answers (timeline approvals) or just ghosted entirely. -	No comprehension of the importance of Release Radar and timing -	Told multiple times by BMG and UMG to keep the timeline short (8-10 weeks MAX), yet we are now saddled with a FIVE-MONTH lead time. -	Way too many cooks on the project overall. Feels rudderless, without a defined leader steering the ship. -	Multiple times have asked for access to Liam Finn to hit a younger/hip demo to highlight his Yep Roc career or tie into bigger artists both he and Neil are close to (Eddie Vedder, etc) but no movement">Episode Playlist</a>
