Evaluate your evolution and perception of alcohol (childhood to adulthood)
Look at your relationships—are they causing you to drink?
Understand your routines with alcohol—what associations do you make with alcohol?
Make substitutions in your routines with alcohol—say NO to things that you’d WANT/NEED alcohol to be comfortable
Make fun with mocktails
Check in with how your FEEL after alcohol and do you ENJOY how it makes you FEEL
