18 | From Healthy Habits to Holy Rhythms

Are you trying to be healthy? You want eat less junk right? Sleep more? Walk in nature? Spend more time in silence/prayer? Well, all of that is good, and good for us! But, what about this idea of creating not just a healthy habit, but a holy rhythm? See a rhythm has a flow to it, an end that is less defined. It just flows from one thing to the next. Less like a check mark, and more like a sound wave.


By adding reverence with a focus on the Lord to any healthy habit, we can create a holy rhythm. Because becoming more like Jesus ain't an easy feat. At least not for me! So, what healthy habits have you established already that could be tweaked and infused with some time with the Lord? I bet if you take a few minutes right now, and ask the Holy Spirit for a little help, he'll have plenty of ideas for you!
