Spielen mit Azubis?!
Gamification – die Einbindung spielerischer Elemente – ist längst mehr als nur irgendein neuer Trend. Es wurde schon eine Reihe von Spielen entwickelt, die gerade für junge Azubis interessant wirken, die Motivation erhöhen und neue Anreize für einen Beruf schaffen können. Denn im Gegensatz zum klassischen Lernen und Arbeiten ist Spielen meist direkt mit Spaß verbunden.
