What is something all moms do at one point? We have what is referred to as mom guilt. Where we feel super guilty for leaving our kids and feel as if we are being a "bad" mom. But the more we do that, the less likely that we will feel overwhelmed and exhausted.

In today's podcast episode, I break down the importance of self-compassion rather then living in this constant mom guilt. How can we be kind and loving to ourselves. How can we reframe our thoughts and words to be ones of positivity, that acknowledges are the crazy wonderful things we are doing instead of the things we are not doing.
