We're joined today by Simone W. Johnson-Smith - mother, wife, and former U.S. Diplomat with 12+ years and counting as a Federal Government employee. She is an immigrant-American from Jamaica, now living in the U.S. for over 2 decades. 

Simone shares her experiences as an immigrant, the hardships she's overcome, while giving some incredibly useful advice on succeeding in a new country - culturally, profesionally, and socially. 

Simone has also herself learned Spanish and French, and she shares her ups and downs, as well as how she's been able to maintain Spanish in her life, despite not living in a Spanish-speaking country.
