It has been a really big, big, huge week. A week filled with a good amount of stress and overwhelm. Yes, there were times when I laughed but also ones where I cried, most of the week I felt short of time, frustrated and rushed. But it was through this frustration that I learnt a very valuable lesson, one that I will continue to practice and hopefully perfect. I learnt that setting boundaries is crucial for good health, in particular mental health. Come on a journey with me as I learn this lesson in real time. Setting boundaries doesn't have to be hard, even a simple start is incredibly liberating!
