We recommend pausing in between questions asked so you can give it a fair shot, if while listening, this is your first time answering (I edited out a lot of the gaps of quiet) Then, you can hear the book's reasoning based on your answers! 

We also are giving homework- at least TWO 3month goals, that you want to achieve in the next 3 months, and 1-5 weekly goals for this upcoming week that you want to achieve. No matter how small or big.
