According to Bruce, the biggest life hack is to move cities. This forces you out of your comfort zone and you will certainly grow. Bruce talked about how being intentional was a game changer for him. He’s been intentional with meditating daily, cutting people out when he had to (although this was tough), seeing professional help when you don’t feel like yourself and lastly in the information that you are consuming on a daily basis.
