Kim is a 35+ year champion Type 1 Diabetic who is passionate, compelling and motivational with a mission of helping others get over living in Diabetes Denial. Her goal is to help move that "mental block" and help others connect with how their entire body is being impacted by their decisions and taking the very next steps to develop habits that lead to better results.
What you’ll find in this episode is the similarities between living with Iron Deficiency Anemia and living with Diabetes. Denial and depression can be a part of it. [4:41] - Kim is a 35+ year Type 1 Diabetic.
