Mike signed in Baltimore in 1996 after getting his start with Oakland in 1990. Before signing, Mike had a sit down with Cal about his intent to sign here with Cal moving to 3rd base. He dives into the conversation with Cal as well as playing in the same infield with arguably the greatest Os infield ever assembled in Cal, Robbie Alomar, and Rafael Palmeiro.
