Ms. Monica Simon currently resides in Troy, New York.  She has a range of professional experiences which includes higher education, event planning and now entrepreneur and owner of a restaurant. Monica has a BA in Psychology from Virginia State University and is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  In this episode, Monica shares her desire to be a mother and why that desire shifted, her sistahgirl relationships with mommies and CF women, the role prayer and faith plays in her life, defining legacy, and peaceful feeling of acceptance.
