Jared has led a life as a leader in sales and marketing.  He also happens to be family.  Listen to some of his hot takes on leadership, parenting and not being a A-hole!  He is a one of kind dude that makes everyone around him constantly laugh and feel good about themselves all at the same time.  Growing up in Colorado and California, Jared was a top notch wrestler and football player.  He even ended up starting for one of the top DII schools in the country, University of Nebraska (Omaha).  He liked it so much that he started a family there and never left.  I'm glad to have Jared in my corner as a friend, cousin and mentor.
