RECONCILED
The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?” Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.” Jesus said, “Feed my sheep.”
(John 21:17)
This week, a BBQ will set the scene for reinstating Peter in his role as keyholder of the kirk. Last week we spoke about ‘scars’ and this week we’ll look at what might happen if we allow Jesus to act as surgeon to ‘open’ us up when we’ve erred…
