In this episode, I discuss my struggles with self-acceptance and taking accountability for my faults and the things I've learned and reflected on. In order to love ourselves we must accept ourselves as a whole, the good and the bad qualities we possess, but it can be extremely difficult for those who already struggle with not feeling good enough. Being told your flaws can be embarrassing and make you feel bad, but it is needed in order to grow in life.
