You can do it!  In today’s episode we talk about #goals.  What we strive for and what we want to see for ourselves going forward.  We tried to take a different approach and discuss how we set goals for ourselves, what kind of goals we have and how we go about achieving them.  Small daily goals vs big long-term goals & the “big picture”, New Years resolutions and why they may be harmful, procrastination as well as some tips from us that we use when setting our own goals.  Sometimes we think of goals as big, scary and maybe even unattainable, but if we shift our thinking and the way we approach our goals, we think they will be much easier to achieve, especially when we are actively maintaining a healthy balance in our lives.  A little self reminder to not get too busy making a living that you forget to make a life.  We love all of our listeners and thank you all so much for being with us during these episodes; as a special addition, we let you in our our goals for the podcast and what we would like to see happen in it’s future.
