Oke doke artichoke episode 18 here we are! Today we're talking settling in relationships.

What is settling? Why do we do it? How do you know if you're settling for less than what you deserve? Is there a thing as being too picky, and why you need to know what you want in a relationship. 

Lots of content to cover and lots of questions from Bon and Lloyd. We initially thought this episode would be a piece of cake, but it proved to just have so many angles. If there's one thing to take away from this episode - relationships shouldn't be hard work, they should feel comfortable and natural. You're always going to have ups and downs, but the positives should always outweigh the negatives. 

You are worthy of love and to be loved whole heartedly and to be with someone who deserves and respects you.
