He and Mayor Ashley discuss how he's lovable but not likable when one of the 2 local Scat Kings of Palsville, Thaddius Slaps (played by Trevor Kravitz) pops by! He explains his rivalry with the other Scat King (Lou Poo) and reveals his and the Mayor's close relationship to Dougie.
