Dr. Maarten Stapper is a scientist and agronomist. He has worked for over 20 years with the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and over the last 6 years has worked as a private consultant assisting farmers in the transition from industrial to biological farming systems.
Maarten joins us on the couch as we all recently attended the 3rd International Conference of the Science of Nutrition in Medicine, in Sydney, Australia to discuss how healthy soils make healthy food…..it’s something The Good Doctors feel passionate about and so should you….join us.
