Take a walk. We’re made to move around on two feet. Spending too much time sitting is bad for your health, and sitting is what we seem to do most of the day. Some scientists claim that sitting is an unnatural position for humans. That’s why we need chairs and couches to be comfortable when we sit.   

Walking is natural and free. It’s great for your body and mind. If you can walk in nature, so much the better. It’s a great way to relax.   

It can be more interesting to walk with a step counter. There are even free apps you can use with your smartphone.
