On today’s episode I talk about my “Aha! Moment” with realizing when my decisions are coming from my Ego and when they are coming from my Soul. I explain how the Ego holds us back and the Soul sets us free! It was fascinating for me to look back at times in my life where I have let my Ego take the front seat and direct my life, now I am hoping to be more aware and make more decisions from my Soul.
