When we think about all the ways that unravelling begins in our lives, at the top of the list for many of us is suffering.
Suffering, especially when it doesn’t make sense or when it isn’t fair, can completely bewilder us. Many times, it introduces doubt into the equation for the first time.
But as we’ve said many other times in the podcast, doubt isn’t always bad. Sometimes, it can be the catalyst that helps you dig deeper into your faith, and find a better story to understand who God is.
Dr. Tom Rundel joins us again to reflect about his own experiences of suffering, and how suffering impacts the spiritual life.
