This week we sat down with the smart, inspiring and witty, Whitney Popa — an entrepreneur, communications connoisseur, writer, mom, podcaster and cool girls-girl.
Whitney's Instagram made us want to be friends with her but it was her openness to the 'woo' that made us want to get to know her even more. Like us she has tried many different healing modalities to help her better connect to herself and help her better navigate her life, her work and her purpose. As a self described Nordstrom hippie (we love the duality), her personality and her story are so refreshing and relatable.
In this episode she shares many gems but our fave is — how trusting her intuition, accepting herself as she is and not what she 'should be' helped her finally pave her own path to a life in alignment with her true being.
We hope this conversation inspires you like it did us. It reminded us that we just have to live unapologetically our way, because we can't and 'shouldn't' do it any other way.
Enjoy.
