Regional cricket in the Caribbean.Trinidad and Tobago with has very much difficulty in trying to find an appropriate person to be the national coach about the cricket team I thought moving on to be an extremely good coach under the circumstances although he did not have ample time to be able to make a turn around the lives of any of these players unless it was not the type of a decision made by the board that anyone would have liked too much moving Dylan was there, is the current coach and all of a sudden they advertised the position as a vacancy encourage 18 coaches to apply for moving Dylan's job now there's nothing Normandy wrong with this but when two of them would have been assistant coaches of his and the other one was manager and the other number would have been maybe coach include Tom club anything like this but definitely not what I did national coach in level so how do you deal with a situation like this the board maybe you should have discussed this with moving Dylan even if they felt that he would have been inappropriate to continue it was obvious that if they wanted him to resign they should have asked this if not he's a contender as well which he is but at the same time how would he have fought for a position that their similarity in the same kind of application with people who is assistant coach and of course David furlong his manager it is a very awkward situation and it was brought about by the decision to choose another national coach at this point in time one of the things I would like people to remind themselves about this that not every player who has played for the West Indies or any country in the world is capable of coaching it's a profession more than its own it's a difficult profession and unless one can see ample proof of these players being coaches that's the only time they will have the opportunity some of them may even have done coaching courses small coaching courses that doesn't give them the right to it gives them the right to practice the art of coaching with the clubs and maybe in the communities and all that stuff so therefore in all instances I think that this would create a sort of discomfort among the Trinidad and Tobago team let us hope I'm wrong about it but at this point in time when I'd say about 18 coaches is that I really don't think that we have 18 quality people in front of dad and Tobago in the business of Cochin to coach the national team you have three or four or five 18 it's very difficult to find those coaches and let us hope they boarded think seriously and make the right choices to lead the Trinidad and Tobago team as a coach.
