One of the ACC's better teams in 2019 UVA travels to Notre Dame to play probably their toughest regular season opponent, (with the possibility of them seeing Clemson in the ACC Chip in December). This game may be a closer game than most people expect it to be. I think people are coming into this matchup with lots of hype for ND after a close loss to UGA. I think this game comes down to the QBs.
