Our minds are like a computer that can store different pieces of information. But sometimes, we have two pieces of information that don't fit together, like trying to fit a square block into a round hole. These are called conflicting beliefs. Our mind can't hold onto both of them at the same time because they don't make sense together. Just like a computer, we need to choose which one to keep and which one to let go of.
