The latest stats are that 70% of people regain their weight in the first year and 95% regain their weight in the first 3-5 years. Which means only 5% keep their results after 5 years.
With it now being 17+ years since I lost over 90 pounds, I see so many people still having the wrong mindset around what it takes to keep your results.
