Lacretta talks with us about her early career aspirations of being a playwright, which eventually led to performing at the Coterie Theatre in her hometown of Kansas City, her experience working alongside Melissa Rauch and John Laroquette on Night Court, and advice for actors seeking representation and when to take charge of their careers.
