I sat down with Nancy Mace, U.S. representative for South Carolina's 1st congressional district since 2021. As a former Republican, I disagree with her on much. But I respect the heck out of her. She’s an independent voice, and she’s not afraid to take on the MAGA crazies and she’ll call out her party when they’re wrong. That makes her a really important Republican voice.
