Who is a trained  classical singer who before turning her attention to education and developing young artists in the pop industry. It was there that she realised that although she was a confident person with no problem speaking out, she was struggling to get her voice heard. She was being silenced by colleagues and also self censoring. So she went back to her operatic training and used the skills of holding space on stage and communicating with large groups of people to help her to hold space in business. It worked and she started to do the same for other women too.
