In today’s episode, Charlie will give you the nitty-gritty facts on fat loss and hypertrophy. He even adds on explaining the goal for weight training. If you are new to training, you have the golden ticket! You can progress quicker than anyone because your body is an untapped resource. Our bodies progress from what’s called an adaptive response. If your body hasn’t adapted to weight training, your body will adapt quickly, provided you give it the right stimulus.
