Professor David Goldberger has argued two times before the U.S. Supreme Court including the famous Skokie Case where, in 1977, he defended the rights of Nazi's in the US to share their beliefs publicly. Goldberger did this while serving as legal and legislative director of the Illinois Division of the ACLU.
