Not everyone has the benefit of getting a great start in life. Weatherby childhood, a new business, a new relationship, etc.  
It's easy, if not common, to catch a bad break right out the gate. But just because things don't start off as best as they could does not mean they can't end that way. When you focus on the process and identify the failures, obstacle and mistakes, and then learn from them and pivot correctly, your ending can very well be infinitely better than your beginning.
