Ready to jam out?

I’m doing something really fun and different on the podcast today. I’m playing DJ! I have the honor of sharing the music of 3D The Boss, a health and fitness pop group based out of Atlanta, Ga (and just so happen to be part of my chosen life family).  

Their music is high energy, conscious and uplifting. And it has a “get funky, shake yo ass around the house naked” vibe that I think mamas can get down with.
