Luke Nichter is the James H. Cavanaugh Endowed Chair in Presidential Studies at Chapman University, a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, and, for 2026-27, a Visiting Research Fellow at the Centre on US Politics at University College London.
