184. The Dangers of Under Eating and Nutrition for Health vs. Performance

Listen Later

In this episode, we explore the relationship between nutrition for health and performance. Performance does not just mean what an athlete does to stay in top shape; it’s for everyone in their everyday lives. I share my own journey from crash dieting, which wreaked havoc on my hormones and left me constantly fatigued, to discovering the importance of nourishing my body properly.

Through the years I have learned the detrimental effects of under eating and the significance of maintaining a healthy weight and hormone balance. By prioritizing proper nutrition, I was able to restore my hormone function, boost my performance, and enhance my overall quality of life.

Prioritize nourishment over restriction, and you will notice a profound impact on long-term health and vitality.
