Oden sets are available at Japanese supermarkets and online shops. Oden sets contain dashi and Nerimono - fish balls. Nerimono is food made by kneading fish. The things I like best in oden are daikon, tamago and konnyaku, which are not included in the oden set. You have to buy them separately from the set.
