Today’s episode is a raw and intimate look into my life.

I’m not a person who opens up a lot about my life but if my company stands for disrupting the world of women’s health education, then I must be the change that I want to see in this world.

Taking care of someone who is in their right mind is one thing but to care for another whose mind travels to different places on the spur of the moment is a totally different animal.

I thought I was prepared but I wasn’t!

I hope by sharing a small glimpse of my current life it may inspire you to open up about a hard thing that you may be facing today and know that you are not alone.
