The words we speak matter especially when we want to consider the kind of relationships we want to have and the person that we want to be. Not only do the words that we speak matter, but the intention behind them matters, the energy behind them matters, and the actions that we take matter. If we want to be the kind of person who people know they can come to and open up to and trust, then we would consider the way that we speak, the way that we show up and the energy that we put out into the world.
