More often than not, people are overly critical and tough on themselves. So as a leader, how can you help people develop their self-esteem and confidence in who they are and their capabilities? Look for opportunities where you can tell someone about something they're good at. As their leader, you have the power to increase their confidence with your feedback and appreciation, so make sure you lean on that.
