I’ve received a number of requests to do an episode on in-laws, and it’s finally here! I’m sharing some of my observations and some tools that I believe can help in clarifying expectations and improving understanding and communication within these family dynamics.
When in-laws or family members are negative or add stress to a situation - do we distance ourselves? Do we let it go? How much should we talk about it with our spouses when something is bothering us? This is a juicy one!
