In this episode I have a conversation with Zucu Ingersoll. Zucu is a relationship facilitator and relational healing guide. She is a perennial (and stumbling) student of the spiritual paradigms and practical skills that lead to deeply satisfying relationships. She and her beloved work as a team supporting individuals, couples, and groups who long for relational healing and the deepening of authentic connection You can learn more about their work at ericandzucu.com.
Zucu shares some past incidences in her relationship with her husband Eric where they needed to repair their relationship, learn the skills to deepen their intimacy and communication and rebuild trust. One of those ways was/is through learning and practicing non-violent communication. Zucu’s emphasis on cultivating curiosity, empathy, loving compassion and warmth is vital to this process.
“For me, getting my needs for trust and intimacy met, is by embodying warmth and curiosity in my connections”
