Some people end up wanting to provide feedback after entering the U.S. at one of our land border crossings. They may have a question, want to compliment a certain officer, perhaps even file a complaint. For all of these, there’s a mechanism in place to receive and follow up on incoming feedback from the traveling public. In this episode we sit down with a CBP Program Manager that handles some of these feedback submissions.
