In episode #19 of The IntervUber Podcast, we get to meet three women who are all working in different areas of the Australian Aged Care sector.

First up is an Academic who works closely with Governments to help create policy and procedures for the industry.

In segment two, I chat with an Administrator who comes from a personal background of childhood neglect. As a result of her extensive "lived experience", she has a deep understanding of the many confronting issues associated with those on the periphery of society.

In the third and final conversation, I drove a Nurse to her place of work; on the way, she gave a frontline perspective of what it's like to professionally care for the ageing and infirm in our communities.
