"Are you okay?" - Let's be honest, do you truly answer this truthfully when asked? More times than not, chances are that you don't. Or maybe it's makes you cringe and you quickly answer "good", "okay", or "fine" because answering honestly just takes too much emotional energy sometimes.
On today's episode Randalynn and Vicki discuss how as a cancer survivor, divorcee, or any other challenging circumstances it's completely a-okay to not be okay. Sometimes you just need time or the tools to work through what's going on in order to be okay. We weren't always as good at saying "I'm actually not okay today" but with time and practice we've each gotten better.
