Brittany and April Ghiroli are the founders of Athlete Daily, where they bridge together the best practices in nutrition, powerlifting, weightlifting, and functional fitness. They drop some knowledge today by sharing some of what they’ve learned from interviewing a variety of elite coaches and athletes. These ladies have a way of bringing out what makes top performers tick.
Brittany Ghiroli has nearly 10 years of media experience. She has appeared nationally on ESPN, NBC, MLB Network and CBS and written for the CrossFit Games, USA Today, Box Magazine, ESPN the Magazine and Oxygen, to name a few. April Ghiroli is the Social Media Manager for the National Pro GRID League, a CrossFit trainer at CrossFit Fortius, and Eat to Perform Certified Nutrition Coach.
