On this episode we talk about the stories we tell ourselves as teachers versus the stories our students and colleagues tell about us. Examining the stories we tell ourselves and the stories others tell about us gives a metric of our authenticity. If we don't take the time to be intentional about our stories then we will be subject to the stories others tell about us. We believe this is a powerful practice for both teachers and students. We hope this is a strategy you can use to start 2017-18 off right!
